Partnership Working
Baxter is committed to working differently with the NHS, to help you find new ways of working through service redesign. We believe that by working in partnership with the NHS to deliver QIPP, we can create a win-win scenario for all, and most importantly the patient.
Baxter’s broad expertise means we are uniquely placed to see a whole patient pathway, to look at funding streams differently and identify efficiency savings that can work across the whole Trust, whilst continuing to deliver high quality care for patients. And, as an external partner with a common agenda, we can bring new perspectives skills and resources, helping drive innovation to meet NHS challenges.
Our approach to partnership working with the NHS is based on the principles of best practice set out by the NHS and Association for British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) in their interactive toolkit: Department of Health Moving Beyond Sponsorship: Joint working between the NHS and the pharmaceutical industry (2010).
